About AMANDA

Amanda has always been passionate about serving her community.

Growing up, she volunteered at the Kiwanis Alex Dayton Seniors' Activity Centre, founded and directed by her grandmother.

Watching her mother's countless volunteer efforts further instilled in Amanda a deep desire to serve those who came before her and those who will come after.

Amanda is a committed mother of two children and three cats, a devoted wife, and a lifelong learner. She believes in building communities and strives to create more joy in the world.

As the municipally elected school trustee for Zone 5 in the Ottawa Carleton District School Board, Amanda is dedicated to improving academic performance and outcomes for all students in the district. She invests significant time and energy in this role, driven by her passion for education.

Amanda is also a Director-at-Large in her Community Association, constantly exploring new ways to engage the community and foster neighborhood relationships.

Amanda began her career in real estate as a Sales Assistant at Richcraft Homes in 2012. Within six months, she was in charge of sales for a 248-unit condominium project, demonstrating her innate leadership skills. Amanda obtained her Real Estate License and has been actively involved in the industry ever since. She has had the pleasure of assisting hundreds of buyers and sellers with their ever-changing real estate needs.

When Amanda is not serving her clients or picking up after her kids, you can usually find her in her family's gardens or studio, creating artwork and making beautiful messes.
